If the key you want is in stock and your order is under 10 locks we will normally turn your order around within 5 days. If the key you want isn’t in stock this will increase the lead time up to 4 weeks.

For orders of under 10 locks going to a UK customer, the carriage will generally be circa £12. For larger shipments we can estimate carriage at the point of quotation. If you have specific paperwork requirements when shipping to a 3rd party please let us know at the point of order.

We will email you an ASN to inform you when your order has been despatched, this will include a tracking number for your package. If your order is delayed we will get in touch with you as soon as possible.

Lead times will depend on the quantity ordered. Generally we will be looking at between 2-4 weeks to despatch. This may extend by a approximately a week in busy periods.

We try to support changes in quantities as much as possible. Please contact our sales team to confirm if the change you have is feasible.

We require 2 weeks notice prior to the shipping date to push back or reduce an existing order. Please contact our sales team as soon as your requirements change so we can do our best to help you.

We are able to provide customer drawings of our finished parts on request.

Illston and Robson are able to organise shipping Globally. As shipping costs will vary dependant on Location, Quantity and Weight please ask our sales team when placing an order and we will be able to provide you with the shipping cost.
